Template solution for constantly changing CV´s

Hi,

I´m working on a template for CV´s which change constantly. I built a draft in CSS but maybe it´s too complicated. Now I don´t know how to build a template that make changes easy.
Only with a text editor? That will be complicated because of the distances between the words and also the separated lines. How would you solve this problem?

Here you can take a look a the draft: http://light-work.de/test-format.html

Thanks for any ideas or help!
