    I created a nice clean startup template for MODx Revolution. it provides good SEO, HTML5 code, CSS reset, jQuery links, a favicon icon and basic navigation to start off from.
    Feel free to download and use it and let me know what you think!

      didn’t install it really, but gave it a look and it’s seems nice clean template to start with.
      i have my own, but thanks for sharing smiley

      funny thing is.. (i colored it for you)
      <!-- Get the latest jQuery from Google
      (you can add your own, but getting it from Google is fast and you always have the lastest and the best) -->

      <script type="text/javascript" src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js"></script>
      </head>
      tongue

      BTW,
      About getting always the last release of jQuery, i think best practice is to keep track and check your JS Code compatibility with the latest release.
      e.g jQuery 1.5 can cause bugs due to the ajax functions has been changed a bit. and so..

      Another good idea is to use a fallback to backup whatever CDN you’re using.
      <!-- Grab Google CDN's jQuery lib. fall back to local if necessary -->
      <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.4/jquery.min.js"></script>
      <script type="text/javascript">!window.jQuery && document.write(unescape('%3Cscript type="text/javascript" src="assets/js/libs/jquery-1.4.4.min.js"%3E%3C/script%3E'))</script>
