Template question about listing

Just out of curiousity, which I think would not be against any rules. I have started to develop/convert templates for Modx, and I submit them to the repos and I am also starting to show my templates on my site and put the downloads onto a service such as mediafire. Surely this is ok right, I know it is a weird question to ask probably.

Yes, it’s perfectly okay, and MODx encourages it.

Also, after I do so many templates, will I have to wait for approval to be published?

Yes, we moderate everything submitted to modxcms.com at this time.

Would it be possible to change it to where after so many approved submissions that uploading templates wouldn’t require approval?

I see how it is important to make sure that a person submits a good package or non-malicious package. Though I think after some submissions that a member might be able to be trusted.

Still no response on the feature/improvement request and it has been around or more than a week.

We are busy working on a new site, a 2.0.5 release, a 2.1 release and a 1.0.5 release.
