I am a developer and new to moDx. I downloaded and installed the modx revolution 2.0 on my local server running mysql 5.1.37 and php 5.3 without errors. I tried to make my first template however it seems that in trying to implement the Variable tags [*content*] and previewing a document resource the page doesn’t display its content. I do however see its variable tag. Please explain as I thought this framework and its implementation was as simple as it stated.
Just realized that I may have posted this in the wrong category...can this be moved over to bugs?
Revo uses different tag syntax.
[*content*] becomes [[*content]]
I can most definitely say it is not a bug most basic MODx use.
