Use Ditto... but on another note, you should upgrade to 1.0.4 for security purposes.
Could you please give me a example,
Upgrading to 1.0.4, will not damage my site will this?

It shouldn’t, but as when doing anything major you should of course backup the site (files as well as database) first.
