Hey ModX Community. I have made a few great sites with Evolution and really have grown to love ModX. I recently tried installing the BETA release of Revolution and had to uninstall due to the bugs. I am giving the full release a new lease on life, and am having problems out of the gate.
Problem -
Create new template. That works. If there is any html AT ALL in the template, the page will not save or update. I am assuming this is a permissions error? But I am not finding resources on anyone else that has had this problem. Here is the code I am inserting on the page, about as simple as its gets trying to test it.

Error log details...
I double checked my error log today after just now trying to save and I am not seeing any errors.
I have also tried to gain access to the JIRA, and the system hangs when I try to go to the admin page for user creation. I feel like I have handcuffs on here, and could use a life line.
