    Hi,

in my template, I want some sort of a quicklinks menu. This quicklinks menu should show some special pages from my page tree, e.g. the frontpage, the contact page, the imprint, etc. What’s the best way to realize that? (I am using modx revolution)

First, I thought I create a container that contains some symlinks to the corresponding sites, but I can’t use the same alias for the "real" and the "symlink" resource. That’s why I switched to realize it using a chunk. But: Can I do that using wayfinder or anything else, that I submit some resource ids and get the generated menu?

Thanks in advance and best regards,
    sewid

I’m not sure I am following you... if you want to generate a list or menu of items, then Wayfinder is a good way to go. But can you explain a bit more about what you’re trying to do?
