I want to create a TV that allows me to enter a list of Text Hyperlinks that will then appear on my page as an in article navigation of related links. These links/urls will be manually entered in by my writer. Is there any way to create this TV?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Which version of MODx are you using?
Unless I didn’t understand your request a regular Rich Text area should work. Similar to the content area
I’m using 0.9.6.3
The Rich Text area would work but I need to make an even easier way for the writers to do it. I need them to drop in text and then the url in labelled boxes and have that information put into a list.

Jot would also do it. You can customize the forms and use custom fields, and a custom output tpl. I often use it for simple lists like this. You can have a specific page for them to add, or the Jot on the page displaying the list can also have the form for Manager users.
