    Hi,

    I´m running into a problem with setting the maxlength of an input field (text). I have set it to 3, as is the size, but for some reason the field is much larger when rendered in a browser. Check http://www.kwestievan.nu/index.php?id=22 to see what I mean. (Yeah I know, it looks like shit, I have to adjust the divs according to the form. )

    Anyone an idea what may cause this ?

    cheers,
    Unforgiven

      Yup. Maxlength has nothing to do with the length of the box, only the number of characters going into it.

      This is the bit of CSS code that’s making them a particular size:

      input {
      width:200px;
      }
