    Hi,

I guess it should be possible to change the picture in the header with a chunk. However, I don’t have a clue how to do this.
    Any hints on this ?

    cheers,

What exactly do you have in mind? The header image changes randomly on page load? It is different for different parts of the site? A javascript slideshow change?

That would be the second option, different header for different parts of the site.

Random Image is handy for that, if I’m understanding you.

I just installed that on a client site. But they decided they wanted a slideshow instead of just a new photo upon refresh, so I did a fancy Maxigallery call to get that. (obviously, it would need to be seasoned to taste)

          [!MaxiGallery? &display=`embedded` &smoothgallery_showInfopane=`0` &smoothgallery_showCarousel=`0` &smoothgallery_showArrows=`0` &smoothgallery_embedLinks=`0` &embedtype=`smoothgallery` &smoothgallery_textShowCarousel=`Click for Slides` &smoothgallery_timed=`1` &smoothgallery_delay=`5000` &smoothgallery_height=`325` &smoothgallery_carouselMinimizedOpacity=`1.0` &smoothgallery_carouselMaximizedOpacity=`1.0` !]

No chunks needed for either of those. My typical method for getting different header images is to just use an image TV with @INHERIT to go down document chains, gets you some variety with minimal data and photo entry.

          Good luck, Dave
