What mrhaw said grin . Seriously if you want free help the best way to get it is make an effort, the tutorials are easy to follow. Then when you get stuck on specific points tell us where you’re stuck and what you’re confused about and we’ll try to help. But asking someone to do it free for you isn’t going to get you very far. You have to have something to offer in return.

I think it says something about this community that your request has been fielded in the manner it has. A request such as this on many forums or Graigslist would normally produce harsh, sarcastic responses.

But it does sound like you need a site but want someone to do it for you? Members on this forum will gladly assist you while you "learn how to fish" for yourself. But no one will stand in the rain while they catch your fish, gut it and cook it a nice butter sauce for you.

If you are building something for a worthy non profit then people might be willing to help though.

But the reality is you need to state what your project is, what you experience level is, how much time and effort you are willing to contribute etc. The best way of getting people to do this all for you is to hire someone who can. Establishing a working budget and project parameters will help you connect with people who would be a good fit. Often engaging in a professional arrangement is the best course for achieving good results.

Learning design, html, CSS, professional graphics, PHP, web development and content management systems can be huge undertaking. People who possess all of these skills and know who to deploy them together normally charge anywhere from $40 - $100 per hour with some projects taking weeks or more.

You could try avenues like Craigslist but most knowledgeable web people who view posts over there have grown tired of people expecting them to work for free or for the benefit of "you can even use this for your portfolio..."

              Hope this helps!
