Start by fixing coding errors!

You definitely need a DOCTYPE declaration (
http://validator.w3.org/docs/help.html#faq-doctype). Without it, browsers have to guess at how to render the page and they won’t all guess the same.
It also looks like you might have some <div> statements that don’t have a matching </div>.
If i put in the "DOCTYPE" start html code, my whole template collaps, all pictures don’t have its position.
Your head code is missing pieces.
You are using a lot of inline styles and brakes (presented incorrectly for valid code) and a ton non breaking spaces.
Work on all of these and get your code to validate and you should be set. This is not a MODx issue, just some markup and CSS errors.
How can i see what DOCTYPE i need and see how to do i DOCTYPE valid?
Did you close it with </html>
