Is there a template installation tutorial?

Only things I have found on the internet are for older admin systems it seems... There is no longer a ’Resource’ Tab and the create new resource ’sub-tab’ is a different setup.

Also, what’s with the sticky from 2005? The link in it isn’t even valid anymore... Maybe that should be changed!

*Edit - Sorry they are called ’Elements’ now not ’Resources’... I’m figuring it out. Thanks.
