Is this possible, to prepare chunk, or different element, which will load on main page, and will not be reloaded, when I navigate to subpages?
For sure I can achieve that, doing single page, and define each subpage as variable, which will tab show/hidden in js, but more useful would be if I could build page tree as normal, and have one constant div which will not reload when navigate between pages.

Can you be a bit more clear? You mean like using a constant footer on each page? Yes, you can do that easily by referencing the same chunk in your template(s). Or do mean something different?
