    Hi,

I want to display a gallery that gets it’s pictures series out of a selected folder, stored in a template variable. Now I’m looking for a way to make a TV contain a "folder(path)" and not a "file" or an "image".

When selecting the TV type "file" (or "image") clicking on a folder in the file manager jumps into the folder, but there is no way of saying "take this folder without selecting a file", e.g. a button named "OK" or so. I have to select a file in order to get the form field filled.

Just deleting the file in the TV would work, e.g. "/assets/images/image.jpg". I could just trim away the filename with my gallery snippet but I am wondering if there is a more elegant way.

    Anybody any ideas?

    best

perhaps you can use drop-down-TV and fill your drop-down with folders dynamically by using @EVAL-binding

This sounds like a cool idea. I’ll check it out.
