Template images???

Probably beating a dead horse here, but didn’t see any posts about this and was just curious. Why are there no images of the templates you can download via the modx website??? I’ve tried different browsers, but it’s the same result.

Anyway, it would be cool to actually see what the templates that you can d/l from modx look like while you’re browsing them. For me, all I see is the name of the template and that’s it. Maybe I’m missing something.

Despite that, I’m really digging ModX. I converted a site I had running on another system using a xhtml/css template I downloaded online and was able to get everything running in a couple of hours. If I convert some of my other sites, I’m expecting it will go even faster. Still tons to learn, but I’m liking what I see (except for the template d/l page! ;-) )

Also looking forward to the Revolution release. I assume I’m using Evolution? Regardless, it’s pretty damn cool.

kaline, we have built the repository from the ground up and in the transition of data from old repository we couldn’t move the template images to the new one.

But we have asked the developers to upload their images again, and some have done too.

So its upto the template authors now.

Thanks for kind words about the MODx, and feel free to ask questions if you get stuck somewhere.

regards.

I know I uploaded images again after the transition, but they vanished afterwards do you know if the problem that caused that has been fixed? If so I will re-upload images again. That or people can just look at my demo site to see the templates.
