I am new to modx and am reading about the new Revo, does the support totally stop for Evolution after Revolution is official released?
With support i meen let say someone found a security leak is that still get updated or not?

No way. Evo won’t go away for a long time, if ever. I, and I believe that I’m not the only one, prefer the smaller, simpler core of Evo, and will be using it and dealing with it for at least the next 10 years (if my eyes don’t completely give out first).
I sincerely doubt that there will be any security issues with the core itself; of course no one can speak for the security of third-party addons except the developers of those addons themselves. If such issues do come up with the core, rest assured they will be addressed.
GREAT, thanks for the answer i think i prefer the small version to, before i used Joomla for a very long time but it gets to big/slow for normal things.
When they stop with version 1.0 and goes to 1.5 they stop to the (security) support i think thats why i was asking about this.
When i saw modx the first time, a view days ago so small, easy and still very powerful.
Its the best cms for me and many others i think.
