Need help on how to flush contianer template to children.

I have tried relentlessly using automaticTpl and Interherit Parent Template but this is not doing what I am looking for.

I am trying to figure out a way to have a my client click Uses Template: Green. Have it change to GREEN and change it’s children 1 level down to GREEN also.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Almost yes but this plugin only presents the user with a choice of templates.
But a very helpful link to see if this guy might know how to do it.
