Are there any Real Estate templates with MODx that I can see or purchase and modify? Actually, I want to build a site that allows for restructuring home mortgages, for example, http://www.commercialhope.org with this type of content. I want an attractive, clean site for this along with a mortgage calculator on the site as well for example, http://allwebcodesign.com/templates/C054B-RealEstate/calculator.htm.

Thank you! Hope someone can help...

Pick any HTML/CSS template you want from any source and simply modify it to work with MODx.
