Renaming modx folder on server

Help! I’ve installed modx on my server in a folder named "modx", and everything runs perfectly. But I want to rename that folder to something else, and when I do the site breaks--not immediately, though. It works with the new folder name for about 5 minutes, then I get an server error 500 page and I can’t get into the manager. If I change it back to "modx", everything continues working again.

What am I missing? I have "Rewrite browser paths" set to No, and that gets it going for 5 minutes.

Probably need to change the path to match the new name in Manager > Configuration > Interface & Features : File Base Path; and Manager > Configuration > File Manager: File Manager Path

Might need to check the settings in /manager/includes/config.inc.php too
