Checkbox TV's with image Widget

Hi

I need to create a TV in MODx to show a list of facilities which a manger user selcts on the page, I am using values such as:

Ground floor bedrooms==assets/images/01.gif||Central heating throughout==assets/images/02.gif||Bargain Breaks available==assets/images/03.gif

Does anyone know of an easy way where I can apply the checkbox name i.e. Ground Floor Bedrooms to the alt tag in the widget box?
