Default template for new documents in a folder

Hi,
is it possible in modx to set default template for some folder ?
An example:
I’ve got structure like that...
+ News [tplNewsList]
+ ArticleDetail [tplNewsDetail]
+ Another one [tplNewsDetail]
+ Photos [tplPhotosList]
+ PhotoDetail [tplPhotosDetail]
+ Another one [tplPhotosDetail]
+ Calendar [tplCalendarList]
+ EventDetail [tplCalendarDetail]
+ Another one [tplCalendarDetail]

As you can see, the containers (News, Photos, Calendar) have templates for listing children...

It would be nice, to set default template for News = tplNewsDetail...
And then, when I create new document in folder News, default template for this new document will be tplNewsDetail...

There’s a couple of solutions for this, but TobyL just released a plugin to replace Inherit Parent Template a few days ago that will fit your requirements perfectly.
