Hello community,
I am a noob to Modx but I like what I see.
[short history]
I have been notepad creating my site for years then ran into Frontpage (Ack) and long story short looked for app tools to help me manage content on the web. I tried Joomla and had too many speed bumps then liked WordPress for a while but still not enough Content Management then found CodeIgniter (super app framework) still not right and then I found Modx skipping through Wikipedia.
[/short history]
I will be tweaking my Modx install and Template and developing content as I blog about the experience. I am looking for knowledgeable criticism of the site as I journey through (in the words of Paula Abdul) "Making it my own."
The Site domain is DameryWorld.Com and it is a fluid and ever changing environment. I hope to learn to monetize my blood sweat and tears but till then I am learning and hopefully able to contribute to the Force that is Modx.
