What does this mean?
This configuration makes your site much more susceptible to Cross Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. You should speak to your host about what you can do to disable this setting.
How do I reset? This comes on when I start
This is a server setting. In some cases you can bypass this with .htaccess otherwise you need to contact your server administrator and request that Register Globals be turned off. THis is not a MODx error but a PHP setup issue, MODx is just letting you know of the vulnerability.
