I’ve created a bunch of TVs and applied them to a template. When I create a page based on that template, the order of the TVs is all over the place (I’m assuming the order in which the were created, not alphabetical). Is there anyway to order the TVs on the "Create/edit document" page?

There’s a box for "Sort Order" when you’re creating the TV’s. It’ll be a master list. You can’t group them or anything, but at least you can say in what order they’ll show up in. I was facing the same issue until Dimmy enlightened me to the fact that I had missed it. So, just take a look for the "sort order" box and enter in the number. It works just like the menu order.
