How Do I Modify the "Contact Us" EForm

I am using the "Contact Us" template that came with my Modx program, but I don’t link the "Regarding" options it lists in the drop-down menu.

I’m not a developer, and I’m really trying to understand the techno speak listed on the Modx website, but I just don’t get it.

Can someone please tell me how to list my own "Regarding" options? I don’t want people contacting me with "partnering" requests (that’s one of the options).

The options are set in the actual form template. If you are referring to the form included with the demo site you can edit it in the ContactForm chunk:

<label for="cfRegarding">Regarding:</label>
		<select name="subject" id="cfRegarding" eform="Form Subject::1">
			<option value="General Inquiries">General Inquiries</option>
			<option value="Press">Press or Interview Request</option>
			<option value="Partnering">Partnering Opportunities</option>
		</select>
