Manager Modification - help needed

Hi,

I have MODx site running, and and ecommerce site running. The ecommerce will be too much work to incorporate directly into modx and i will loose any future update and instant support from the company.

The Plan,

Planing on running the Ecommerce site in an iframe within the page. Within the manager, i want to edit the tabs at the top of the page (where, "tools" and "report" links are, linking to the ecommerce back end login. The idea is, so the user can manage the site and ecommerce at the same time.

Help needed,

I am not too sure where these tabs are stored, i can style them, but i do not know how to add another 1 in as a link

Thanks for any help in advance

Did you find the file you needed? I think you are looking for manager/frames/menu.php if you didn’t find it already.

BTW, the menus will be completely configurable via a UI within the manager itself in the upcoming 0.9.7 release, so you can make these changes without touching core files.
