alright so i think i have a newb question

alright so i got how to get a template on modx and enable it, switch it, etc... but i need to know to get the actual template to work on my website with all my buttons in the right place and the bg to show right or basically ...(www.skylineking.com) to (http://www.infotechconsult.com/Templates/3309/index.html) so any opinions? i know i’m a newb get over it haha... =)
