I am developing a new template for my modx site. Unfortunately the QuickEdit function shows some strange behaviour:

    When using the "Progress" theme:
    - Quickedit is displayed in Firefox correctly
    - Quickedit is displayed in Safari correctly

    When using my custom theme:
    - Quickedit is displayed in Firefox correctly
    - Quickedit is displayed in Safari NOT correctly (see screenshot)

I wonder what QuickEdit has to do with the template... Any suggestions?

Looks like some CSS conflicts; QuickEdit uses its own CSS file, and you may have some classname or ID name conflicts with your own CSS.

Thank you. Something inside the <head></head> area of my template was wrong. Don’t know exactly what, but now it works!
