Req: Help about Templates Installation Of MODX

Hi Mates I am new to MODx. and i found it great in posting stuff. but the main problem is its template installation. its very complex for a simple user who dont know too much HTML. i tried a lot to install it. with online help. but there are many confusing things. like installing "Chunks" & " Snippets" so is there any video or interactive tutorial which can explain this. or any plugin through which i will simply import and install templates and addons? like i am using word press . and its very very user friendly.

Please help me with this.

and mates i like this template too much | http://www.modxhost.com/
please if someone have this. i really need it. thanx a lot.
i hope someone will help me with this.

That template is the default template installed with the the demo content. Just run the installer and have it install the demo content.
