Moving variables out of "General" tab in admin panel

Hello,
there’s a small thing about MODx which I always disliked. It’s related to usability: I believe that there are too many fields in "General" tab — and I and my editors use only 3-4 often, the rest are rarely used (e.g. link attributes, long title and etc). I’d like to move them out of "General" tab to "Page settings". The only question is: which files of MODx should I edit?

I believe it’s /manager/actions/mutate_content.dynamic.php
