How to add new template?

I downloaded a copy of Blog_Tutorial_Template_1.0, but I’m very confused with its manual. see below

Installation:

Unzip, upload the Light folder to your /assets/templates folder.

Create two new templates, Light and Light-post, and copy/paste the text in the included template.html files.

Create the four chunks using the text of the included chunk.html files.

Make sure the following snippets are installed:

FlexSearchForm
PageTrail
DropMenu
WebLogin
NewsListing
UserComments
WebSignup
WebChangePwd
NewsPublisher

My question is if I can install new template easily just as wrodpress ? I don’t know where to copy and where to create the four chunks

At this point, you need to log in to the Manager and go to Resources->Manage Resources, then select the tab for Templates or Chunks, and enter the text for the template or the chunk. While this seems difficult at first, you will quickly get used to it, and begin to realize the power this places in your hands, not in the hands of whoever developed the system.
