      I did, incorporating MaxiGallery, using Ditto. Not too difficult, once you understand how to get the most out of Ditto.

            Hi,

            I’ll release in a couple of days a module and a snippet which will allow this kind of search

            Here are some sample

            tvExplorer
            demo en ligne
            sample 1=> http://www.dixsix.fr/explorer/
            sample 2=>http://www.dixsix.fr/explorer/index.php?id=406

            The forms are created automatically from a selection of tv
            The result listing is rendered by ditto according filters created on the fly

            :-)

              Just wanted to add my vote that if anyone develops a real estate functionality for MODx I know I’d be interested.

              I’m using Open-Realty for now.

                  Wow that is impressive.

                  Heliotrope, did you engineer that site?

                    John,

                    I still use OR but I find it awfully clunky. While templating is easy in OR customization is painful. The whole addon structure is very restrictive and unituitive. I have a number of RE clients and I would love to build a RE site on MODx but there are a number of considerations:

                    1. Are they going to input their own listings? OR do they need RETS integration?
                    2. Is it a broker site? Broker sites need to have multiple agents, agent profiles and possibly user management.
                    3. What listings information do they wish to share? What fields are necessary?

                    RE sites differ so greatly, I think these have as many variables as eCommerce sites. I would think one could easily build a RE site using:

                    • AjaxSearch
                    • Ditto
                    • WebLoginPE

                    You would need to have lots of TVs and each agent will want something different. I personally would like to see that for adding agents could add from the back end but TinyMCE is not the interface to add images nor are TVs. Too many images required for now. Maxigallery and FDM would be apossible solution but on the same form and not two seperate interfaces I’d think.
