Edit CSS

I hope I’m just missing it, but how do I edit my css files thru the manager? Up until now I’ve been doing it by changing them locally then FTP’ing them. I presume there must be a way...but where?

Any help would be great, I’ll keep looking as I cannot imagine why such a feature would have been left out
