Hey... Umm I made a design or template for my site via photoshop. But It is a complete image and I know you have to slice the image up in photoshop and "save it for web" then it will be the web page.. But I am having difficulty slicing it up correctly. because once I launch My Frontpage It is fine.. But when I add content to it the blocks on the right and left and middle get missed up if I add to much content..

If someone who has experience can simply take my template image and slice it up for me to a simple .html file and then I’m sure I can code it up to fit modx myself. ;]

If you know a lot and are able to create the style thing for like the text and etc: http://endless-4um.com/EndlessBleachTemplateStyle.png

I would make it with two main columns, left and right. The left column would contain blocks, with each block given an appropriate size and background image, the top block the "logo" image (I would just size this block to the dimensions of the image and make the image a link to your home page), then the gray shaded image for the background of the login block. Each block (except the top logo block) would have an h1 that is styled nicely and given the red background image.

The right column would also have blocks, the top one with the manga image as a background, then the menu strip, then the main block, which itself would have a left and right column, the left column being the [*content*] block.

Chunks for blocks you want to be the same on all pages, TVs for blocks that will be changing for different pages.

As far as cutting out the images, I am not a ’shopper, so I use a screen capture application (SnapNDrag for OS X) to cut out the images if necessary. Otherwise I use GraphicConverter.

Photoshop "save for web" feature does not automatically build any .html code, it’s just a way to save the image as compressed one to be more suitable for web graphics (ie. faster download). You just have to slice the image by your self and then build the html code for it by hand...

You are asking someone to take your photoshop image, create an HTML template to mimic the layout, then crop the various images out of the big one and make a CSS file to use them. I seriously doubt that anybody has the time or inclination to do this for you for free.
