The easist way is to edit templates, resources, chunks, tv’s, snippets +tpl’s (snippet templates)
with EditArea -which is showing Character number.
You could also write a plugin that search something and fills it with " something"

Easier is Firefox "Its all text" add-on,
and use your editor of choice...

and I would like to know if it is possible to indent correctly the code in MODx (for example in snippets like Wayfinder, in [*#content*] etc...)
