Would you be making it SkinGraft compliant?

        Verry nice!
Looks like a verry good "templatification" of the Multiflex-3 template.
Can’t wait till you make the download public!!!

Just to keep everyone updated. GW, the designer of Multiflex-3, were discussing some ways to simplify the markup of the page by eliminating some of the <div> wrappers/containers to design the page.

Essential, the design used "content-units." Inside "content-units," you could have "column-units" of the 1,2, and 3 column variety. Further, inside each "column-unit" you could have "text-units." After talking it over with him, he believes and can get it down to just the "column-units," which will greatly simplify the markup and make it easier for those using the template to add content just through the use of a WYSIWYG editor.

Multiflex-3 is very nice. It’s like 2x nicer at least than Multiflex-2 and 4x more customizable smiley

Awesome.... is there a way to download full 3 column layout from you?

[EDIT: I just copied and pasted the source and CSS and uploaded the basic template from Sotwell. Now just have to replace content with variables]

Actually, the method I am devising would not require you to replace [*content*] with variables. Instead it would use a ditto call to fill [*content*] with documents that are templated as column units. This way I don’t force any user into a set of columns.

Hello, I am the original designer of Multiflex-3. As "jester444" said, we are in close cooperation for making Multiflex-3 port perfectly for MODx. The current public template release (not the port) can be downloaded at www.openwebdesign.org (just go to "Most Popular Designs" to get a download). There are some minor issues that turned up after the release, and we are working to resolve them. We will optimize the template, it will work perfectly for all major browsers and systems currently used. We hope to release an update version of Multiflex-3 by mid-December, and then make a port of that update to MODx. It is really exciting to work on Multiflex-3, and have such a great support from some of the real great MODx experts around!

The update is already shipped! I just thought, better go for it fast, because there are so many downloads. You can download the template at Open Webdesign (www.openwebdesign.org), and just check under "Most Popular Designs".

I actually made a very good port of multiflex, even having to rewrite the breadcrumb module and make 3 different wayfinders for each type of navigation, but it works perfectly.
