Template Monster ?

Can we use these temlates from them for ModX ? Forgive me ,I’m a complete NOOB !

Short answer; only the non-flash and not without modifications

Long answer: I’d suggest you take a look at the Documentation, and then especially at the ’Designer’s Guide’ part, it explains pretty well how MODx’ templates work in just a few pages. Using their flash templates shouldn’t be impossible, but that all depends on your skill/the way those flash pages gather their data.

Id say you can use, even with flash!!

Yes you can. You can use with partial flash templates(the ones with header or menu items in flash). I dont know about the full flash ones. If you are using alliases and friendly urls, you just link the flash buttons with the aliases.

for full flash templates you need flash cms:)

I would add that MODx is really focused as a CMF for designers skilled in XHTML and CSS and those with some knowledge of PHP. This is not to say that you can not make an entire flash site with a MODx backend, but there may be easier ways to do it like http://www.flashblocks.com/ MODx is flexible enough to work in an all flash environement ( I just did a little test to check), but it is incredibly difficult to keep it dynamic ( could be missing something, as I have only basic action script flash skills).
