Recently I’ve been working on a portation of the ’Revolt404’ template, which is available on OSWD, with the plan to release it here later. The one problem I’ve had with it mainly was that it’s using a table for the layout - which I simply hate, not semantic wink
So I’ve started to change it into a div-based template, which is exactly where I’ve got some trouble now.

On my quest for a nice tutorial to achieve this I stumbled across the Skidoo layouts (found on several websites), which also contained a ’light’ dual stretching column version - exactly what I was looking for.
You can find that one here; http://leftblank.nl/debug/simple.dualcol.htm , along with the other files in this directory; http://leftblank.nl/debug/ .
In addition to that a complete overview of the template (with tables) being used on MODx can be seen here, in case you want to check out a few things.

The template renders fine in fact, if it weren’t for the right sidebar that ’refuses’ to stretch like it’s supposed to.

Now to make my question concrete; does anyone have a clue how I can get a hold of this? Preferably using the solution of the Skidoo layout as this is the most neat one - I really dislike the faux columns method.

Update; this post became somewhat obsolete as I *somewhat* fixed it already, misunderstood the CSS "hacks" that were used

    Thanks in advance,
