Still discovering Modx (since yesterday..)

I’m trying to undertand what is what with templates and just download 2 template from tattocms.it.. softx +portalx

wich is looking quit ideal for me...but, of couse nothing goes right :

When they say to copy the (one) html file from the template to the windows of the ’new template manager’... it looks cool, but coming with such template we find numerous files
(ie, in portalx case : Bannerlist-chunk.html, bannerMODx-chunk.html, Footertext-Chunk.html.. etc)
I pasted the code from Portalx-template.html.
So I’m still asking what happens to the other html file

Then, I’m being said to copy the template folder from the zip (wich contains the css file OR the css folder, + the img folder)
under a new created folder into my root\assets\templates.

Looks good too, but the result, when associating in the manager the new defined template, is a pur [b]non styled page, meaning (at least) the css are not found.

The html code from those 2 tested template is strange because the linkref appears 2 times with different path (huh !??)

so I can c how the browser can get the right stylesheet anyway .
