[Manager templates] Beta - MODxBlack, MODxRed, MODxLight

MODxBlack is my favorite.

Ditto, I love MODx black ! (GREAT WORK Banzai) but I sure think it’s smart to have MODx Light, I’ll sure enjoy it when I work from my cell connection while travelling

Template MODxLightGrey

Some more improvements on the MODxLight Template, based on banzais excellent groundwork.

(works only with MODx0.9.5 and upwards)

For best results I suggest to also change two files of the manager. (This is optional, files are included.)

document_data.static.php
mutate_content.dynamic.php

These are the suggested changes:

mutate_content.dynamic.php line 549 and following lines
<td width=’150px’ align="left"><span class=’warning’><?php echo $_lang[’document_title’]; ?></span></span></td>
.....
changed from 100px to 150px, the table was too narrow.

document_data.static.php line 120 and following lines
<td class="label" width="200" valign="top"><?php echo $_lang["document_title"]; ?>: </td>
.....
added class="label" in order to have toned down field labels.
