    Folks,

    I’ve read the css-related discussions on this forum, and I’m still trying to figure out a workable and efficient way to tackle a situation like this:

    I use several templates on my site, plus I’m also using dojoToolkit which has its own css file. In order to specify dojo styles in all the templates, I tried this:

    ==============
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" TITLE="Common" href="[(base_url)]assets/templates/andreas00/andreas00.css" media="screen,projection" />

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="[(base_url)]assets/js/dojo/dojo.css" type="text/css" TITLE="Common" media="screen" />
    ===============

    It didn’t work, and I don’t think I know why. I would like to be able to have my templates access multiple css files with either the above method or using @import. I looked at http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,5258.0.html, but it did not really address my situation. A tedious method would be to append the contents of dojo.css to each template’s .css file, but that would mean modifying several files if i want to make style changes to a dojo widget. I’m looking for a more efficient method cos of the size of my site.

    Any ideas?

    TIA

      Are you sure that there are no conflicts between the two css files?

      Here’s a good article on the subject.
