mp3.com theme and menu

Im trying to make a mp3.com type theme but have trouble with menu

in the image you can see the top menu (home - genres - mp3 players - etc...)

and there is a submenu,
if home is slected then the submenu shows the folders (rock & pop | hip-hop | alternative | etc...)

if latest top menu is chosen, then submenu changes and shows the folders under that folder (latest | SXSW | interviews | great albums etc...)

any code or theme like this already?

I do not want to use dynamic drop down menus, so is this possible with MODx?

Of course it’s possible, as all that is is a bit of CSS. You can find lots of tutorials on the net for styling as such.
