I had a website built for me but now I’m trying to learn how to tweak it myself... and I just noticed that the text names for the pages that my web developer built for me show up as being bold in the document tree, while the pages that I add myself show up in a faded grey color. Any ideas as to why this is, or if it does anything to affect site performance, SEO, etc? If so, how do I avoid it?

"regular" text = visible in the menu AND published
"grey regular" text = not visible in the menu AND published
"grey italicized" text = NOT published (menu visibility is irrelevant.
Anyway, if I recall right a default install of MODx has newly created documents "NOT published" by default. If you go into the configuration tab you can change this default behavior. (This is all under Evo 1.0.0, BTW)
