Nav Chunk... How can I link using URL Alias

I have my "nav" chunk with the code like looking like this from the site code before bringing it into MODx.

<li><a href="../media.php">{ MEDIA }</a></li>

The URL alias is "media". How can I update my nav chunk to have the right info in there to link to the pages.
I saw this "[~link~] Makes a link to another document in your MODx site."

Is that what I input in there? I tried it a few different ways with no luck.

Thank you!!

[~ID~]] where ID is the id of the resource you wish to link to.

Alternativly instead of building the nav bar manually you could look at wayfinder this will build the links dynamically so you don’t need to change your code everytime you add a new page.

Take a look at these 2 links
