MODX CMS

Okay, I am a newbie to MODx. I love the CMS.

Server Details
Windows IIS7
PHP 5.2.6
MYSQL 5

How can I do friendly URL through IIS7. Can this be done through web.config?
Is it possible to have directories instead of direct urls. For example, http://urbanisticdesigns.com/contact/ instead of http://urbanisticdesigns.com/contact.html?

Can you edit previous pages? If I already have http://urbanisticdesigns.com/contact.html, can I edit this page through MODx?

Thank you,

1. This thread has a good discussion of this

2. No, you can’t use MODx to edit existing static HTML files. MODx stores its pages (in a form we call "resources") in the database, and builds the site from these. You can import static HTML pages into MODx resources, however.
