Can't get images to point to the root.

I have set a TV for a header image in the manager. When you upload and image and add it to the page the image does not show up, the path when you view source starts with assets/ instead of /assets. The reason I posted here is that I have not had this problem before and this is my first site with IIS. I have researched this issues a lot and tried suggestions and have come up with no luck.

I also can not get FURLS to work for the life of me either with ISAPI Rewrite. One post I saw said to point 404 and 405 to index.php. Is this done through manager or in IIS? Also is that for ISAPI 2 or 3, or both?

I would suggest going to the TinyMCE configuration and setting the paths to "rootrelative" instead of "docrelative", but with IIS I have no idea if that will solve your problem or not.
