Well, I just did an upgrade/install to 1.0.3, and the problem still exists. I am lost on this one.

I don’t believe this has anything to do with MODx, and has everything to do with your web server configuration.

I am pretty sure the "web.config" file they are using in root is causing this error. I am going to strip the code down to see if I can isolate the problem.
