Installation went seamlessly, until last page where it asked me to manually insert the text into config.inc.php, which I did. Once that was done I hit ’close’ and it went to http://www.XXXXXXXXX.com/manager/. You can see the result below. I’ve done a few installations of MODx on different servers and I have not experienced this issue before. Any ideas?
Also apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I could not find an ’installation’ only forum.
    Thanks for everyone’s input!

    MODx latest version (fresh download)
    Server IIS
    MYSQL 4.0.24-nt-max-log
    PHP 5.1.1
I’ve been using Firefox to install and view.

EDIT: After reading the installation requirements again, it appears that my hosting is lacking. Is this correct. Is this consistent with the errors listed above?
    Thanks again for your time.

Well I’ve had the MYSQL updated to 5.0.45 but I get the same issue.
      Any ideas?
      Thanks for your time.

This appears to be related to this post:

        http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,32650.0.html

which was caused by a corrupt cache file and the manager theme wasn’t properly set apparently. Note the missing theme name between the forward slashes below in one of your error messages:

        e:/inetpub/esvc000094/manager/media/style//login.html

First thing I would check is your assets/cache/siteCache.idx.php and make sure the first line reads similar to this (it must be a valid manager theme name found in your manager/media/style/THEMENAME):

        $c[’manager_theme’] = "BoringBlueGrey";

note that this is pure guessing at this point as I am not familiar with windows servers.

Make sure, also, that there’s no space at all before the <?php tag in manager/includes/config.inc.php. That will cause the "headers already sent" error.
