tinymce errors when trying to edit page

I (unfortunately) have to install modx on a windows server for a client and I am getting the following errors when trying to edit a page. TinyMCE doesn’t load and these errors show at the bottom of the page.

One thing I noticed is that these errors show the folder

wwwroot/assets/plugins/tinymce3101, but the version in my FTP files is

wwwroot/assets/plugins/tinymce212/
